Cap threading on Time RXS pedals

After years of service some of my RXS pedals are becoming stiff. I realize I could send them out to Time, but this seems annoying to do for something that would take 10 minutes to fix if I removed the caps myself. I have a correctly sized strap wrench, but looking at the threads as best as I can tell both sides are reverse thread? Since they use loctite on the threads I really want to be sure of the threading direction before really applying torque.

Buy new end caps from Time. They sent me some for free. Or look on ebay. I doubt loctite is used (never saw any on any of me four sets of Time pedals) or that they are left handed threads. You may need an adjustable pin spanner tool.
