Chris King rear hub axle ?

Does anybody know how to remove the bearing cartridge that's on the axle in a rear Chris King hub? It sits inside of the freehub body, and comes with the axle when pulling it out. The bearings are very tight on the axle, so I don't know what is used to remove them. Thanks!

There is a contact link with an 800 number on it at the bottom of that page.

I've called them a few times for other reasons, and they are really good with customer support.
