    Does a 46cm flat-top/ergo bar exist?

I'm exhausted searching for a new alu bar.
It's gotta be 46cm with a flat/wing top and ergo drops.

    Does this exist?

Easton/FSA/Bonty are out it seems as they only offer up to 44cm.

    Any leads would be great.

46cm measured how? Outside to outside or center to center?

The Easton bars are measured center-center so a 44cm Easton bar is 46 cm outside-outside.

Just saw these at JensonUSA.com today: ITM Lite Luxe Wing 31.8 Road Bar (46cm)

Looks like it might fit the bill.

    O-O, C-C - I wish they'd standardize this measurement.

Looking for 44's your options open up, but do pay attention, because many are measured O-O. You might end up with 42's if you are not careful.

IRD Blackbird Comp is another option. Wide wings, modest drop and reach, measured C-C.

Ritchey makes an alum flat-top bar called the Ritchey Comp Streem that measures 44cm, c-c which is similar to 46cm o-o.

I liked the ITM Millenium in the 46cm measurement....carbon wrapped aluminum....a little heavy, but strong....

I have the IRD Blackbird in 46 c-c

and like it. I bought it just to check out the wing bar style and didn't want to drop $100+ for the experiment. I think that bar is about $40-50 and I ordered it online. I still run it, never felt a need to "upgrade"...
