    Dura-Ace Di2 FD-R9150

I just changed out my Ultegra 6800 front derailleur for a Dura-Ace 9150 on a Bianchi Oltre. Beginning on page 153 of the dealer manual DM-R9150-03 there are instructions for aligning it. The 9150 eliminates the Hi and Low adjustment screws on the Ultegra in favor of a "support bolt" which is the same 2mm screw on the Ultegra that adjusts the alignment or angle of the derailleur, and a "top adjustment bolt" which is now used for setting only the top position, as the "low position" is now an electronic adjustment and the "top position" cross-chaining position is also set electronically just as before. With the Ultegra, both top and low adjustments were made via the 2 set screws and a final top cross-chaining micro-adjustment was made electronically. What I've found with the 9150 on my Oltre is that the electronic low adjustment must be fully adjusted outward to be brought to near spec. With the Ultegra I found the situation to be similar - the micro adjustment would have to be completely adjusted outward - and in the case of the Ultegra it was about 3-4 mm short of the spec proximity to the chain. The Dura-Ace 9150 does reach near spec of about 1mm to 1.5mm (it calls for 0.0 - 0.5) so it's passable, but I am wondering if anyone else has any experience with this and if so, how might I go about getting a closer adjustment here. I don't think it would be possible to shim the unit outward as the braze-on adapter only permits for a minimal pivot adjustment for the alignment - not to push the whole unit outward. It would seem that mechanically adjusting the unit for alignment would swing everything towards spec enough that the electronic adjustment would then use that position as a starting point and fine tune from there. It seems like this shouldn't be an issue. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks!
