My TCR's RS805 front brake hose is a complete mess,I really need to short that thing. Tried multiple google searches but it all ends with MTB stuff. Any help ?

Oddly enough, your cut the line exactly like you'd cut a mountain bike brake line. You should NEVER cut a brake line unless you're ready to do a bleed if it doesn't work properly when you're done. If you're not prepared to do it the right way take it to someone that is...they are your brakes.
I work for some bike racers
I've got some bikes, some guns,
    and a bunch of skateboards
