    Newb Wheel Build Qs

So building my second wheel and a couple questions.

When applying wheelsmith spoke prep - do you let it dry fully before lacing? Or does it matter?

After you've got the initial lacing down - and you're ready for the stand - apply lube at the holes correct?

    Thanks!

i apply lube to the spoke threads and use a q-tip to apply lube to the inside of the rim's spoke holes before lacing.
Yossarian: don't worry. nothing's going to happen to you that won't happen to the rest of us.

I let the spoke prep dry. I apply a thin coat of it to the threads, so you can just see it fill the space in them. I use Phil Wood oil when tensioning.

First question: why not post this in the Wheels and Tires section of the forum?
