has anyone here successfully managed to set up front shifting to be perfect (or near perfect) with the Rotor Q Rings and SRAM yaw front derailleur?
i'm getting into this point where i'm having to compromise with either:
a) near perfect front shifting, but on the big chainring the chain rubs the inner wall of the FD on larger cogs
b) lousy front shifting (hit and miss) up to the big chainring, with no to little rubbing of the chain on the FD (when there is rubbing, it's slight, and predominantly on 1st and 2nd largest cogs; i know.. shouldnt be extreme cross chaining in the first place)
my bike shop mechanics are also having a tough time with this. its nitpicking a bit, since I dont often use the small chainring, and more than happy to just stay on the big ring. just curious if anyone has managed to set them up perfectly.
