Pinarello low profile (zero stack) headset cap availability/installation??

I recently had to replace the MOST bars on my 2011 Paris and went with the FSA Plasma one piece, which is a nice ergo bar/stem combo.

My previous stock Pina MOST bar/stem were slammed on the top tube, and my only issue in fitting the new fixed FSA bars is the net effect of them being about 8mm higher, slammed same as the MOST was.

The stock Pinarello headset cover cap is 15mm, rather tall, so I'm looking for advice on hopefully locating something from them (or equivalent/compatible) in the so-called "zero", 5 or even 8mm range in order to drop the FSA to my ideal bar height.

I don't think the generic one piece carbon ones on ebay will work, as the Pina is a two piece, perhaps proprietary, rig that is firmly attached to the head tube.

Any advice and guidance is much appreciated.
