quick release for inverse brake levers?

possibly a stupid question, but is there a quick release available when using inverse levers such as Dia Compe Inverse Brake Levers?

i'd like to keep my old campy calipers

no, just set the brakes up loose enough that you can get the tire between the pads. shouldn't be a problem unless you like your brakes strangely tight.

Bringing the adjusting barrel out from the caliper before clamping the cable also helps. Bit of a pain to bring the barrel down for more clearance, but perhaps you're not looking to do this daily.
