Replace Alloy Cone Headset Spacer with Carbon

I have a headset spacer question.

I have an integrated headset on my Specialized Allez. I have a total of 30mm of headset spacers above the top of the headtube.

    It is stacked like this:
There is an upper compression ring.
10mm inner cap / spacer that contacts the compression ring. 2mm fits in the headtube and 8mm above.
20mm cone spacer that fully fits over the 8mm cap / spacer
    10mm standard carbon spacer.
    Stem

I would like to replace my alloy cone spacer with a carbon one that matches the carbon spacers or with one that is 30mm tall.

Various places sell cone spacers however will these fit on my bike? Will a replacement cone spacer correctly fit over my current spacer that contacts the compression ring or do I need to find a matched set of inner and outer spacers.

    Thanks.
