Shift cable tension adjustment on Colnago C59

I started building up a used C59 mechanical frame I just bought. It has very nice cable entry points on the upper down tube and no obvious location for a tension adjustment screw. Am I missing something or are they no long accomodated?
    Thanks,
    John

Use an in-line adjuster for only the front derailleur. There's already an adjuster built into the rear derailleur, and on the fly derailleur adjustments are hardly necessary.

Nobody ever said progress was going to be convenient. I think getting rid of tumblers on the cable stops is just a cost cutting measure.

No. Internal routing has resulted in the lack of barrel adjusters on frame, not cutting costs.

I could have sworn I've seen external cabled bikes without barrel adjusters @ front cable stops. Oops
