Thomson setback post, how far up is the kink?

I'm looking at the 27.2 dia. x 240 mm setback post and want to know where the kink is. Whats the maximum insertion or what the measurement from the the kink to the rails?

The dimension you need is "Usable Length" and / or "Unusable Length."
