Just want to share a super-positive experience I just had with FSA...
A few weeks ago I discovered an issue with my FSA Energy cranks. Called FSA, got a human being on the phone right away, and explained the situation. I was asked to take the cranks off the bike, remove the chainrings, bolts, etc, and just ship the crank arms to them. Within a couple of days, I received a complete new FSA Energy crankset with chainrings and bottom bracket!
This is the way to handle warranty issues. No having to go through a local dealer, be responsive to customers, and over-deliver. Service like that goes a long way. I know what brand my next component purchases will be.
