I am new to using clamp on front derailleurs and when trying to order one I noticed that Lickbike has the Campy Record listed as 32 and 35. I needed a 32.4 seatpost for the bike, so does that mean I need the 35 derailleur clamp for this Bianchi FG Lite?
What does measuring the circumference and dividing by pi yield. Is that the radius or the diameter of the seat tube? If it is the diameter, I can just get out a pair of calipers and measure it.
What is the difference between the 32 and 35? Will a 32 work on tubes 32mm and smaller and a 35 on tubes 35 to 32?

The difference between a 31.8 and a 34.9 is 3.1mm. A 34.9 will work on 35ish tubes. A 31.8 on 32ish tubes. Typically the tube is a few hundreths smaller or larger due to paint, shape, butting, etc. But it's largely standardized so you don't have to worry about dimensions too far off from those.
That is the answer I was looking for. Now, I'll just measure the diameter with my calipers.
The main reason I was posting was to try and figure out what the difference was between a 32 and 35. I would have to guess that I am going to need a 32, but I am going to use the calipers just to be sure.
Thanks guys.
