What saddle bag (or alternative) for Selle Italia SLR Carbonio?
I recently picked up a Selle Italia Kit Carbonio SLR Flow saddle, but my Topeak bag, which has a heavyish bar mounting mechanism, will not work on the shallow carbon rails on this saddle. Question to those of you who also have this saddle: how do you carry spare tubes/patch kits on your rides?

Jersey pocket, or a triangular frame bag.
I prefer the frame bags, since they don't look like the bike equivalent of truck nuts, and they don't bounce as much.

Jersey pocket is the best. All we carry is fitting in one pocket of jersey. I also am putting them in a net, thats how I don't try to find things while leaving home. Just taking the net and putting into pocket

Thanks for the advice. I think I prefer using some sort of a bag, as opposed to putting tubes/inflator in my jersey pocket (which already hold keys, food, etc). That Arundel bag looks ideal.

I have the specialized mini-wedgie saddle bag. It holds 1 tube, 2 co2 cartridges, multi tool, and 2 tire levers and that's about it. I might ditch it in favour of a small bag to throw in my jersey.

It works for me. On wet rides I use a freezer bag to keep stuff dry. It holds suff nice and tight. It works on my Tune Komm Vor saddle which has carbon rails that are very close to the saddle. It also doesn't rattle around like a saddle bag.

Sounds like your saddle is similar to mine, and this might work well. The worst thing about my current setup is the rattle and loud cracks from the quick release mounting system when I hit a bump. It drives me nuts.

Just picked some of these up. I realized it was 3 for $26, which seems like a decent deal and there are about 40 color schemes to choose from. It is also a local (to me) company, so I'm supporting a local business to boot!
