I'm a recreational/commuter cyclist. I have an old Bianchi campione del mondo 1986-1987 colorado springs, as my main bike. It's essentially all original parts.
My wheels and hubs are now shot. My cones are bad and I have a few broken spokes now.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend an a affordable descent pair of wheels for this bike. I commute on urban streets, so I'm looking for something on a bit of the tough side. However, I hope to get a newer bike in the next year or two, so I don't need top performance wheels. The tire size I use is 700x25c.
I'm not sure if I need to be looking for a certain size/fitting?
Thanks for any help and suggestions!
