    Kore Canti's - anyone?

Anyone using the Kore cantilevers? Searched the forum and came up w/ minimum info...Just bought a set off of ebay on an impulse--really cheap. Are they any good? Was going to use these to replace the Shimano R550's I've got right now...would like more mud clearance than the Shimano's offer. thanks...

I use 'em on two bikes. Can't complain about them. They do their job well. Replace the stock pads though, they suck.

I use a pr on the rear of mine. Easy to set up and work great. Look good, too, atmo. The stock pads are toast and I used them for only like 4-5 races, so yea, they s%ck.

I have a set with upgraded pads. The stockers do indeed suck. I actually much prefer them to the Paul's retro front/touring rear set up I have. They have better feel and much more pad clearance. That said the Paul's are more powerful but Kore's are better for me all around.
    Much cheaper than Paul's too.

they work well but i think the geometry would be improved going to a thicker pad stack to get a flatter rim to pad contact than the stockers
