    Super sexy.

Is that crank compact or standard?

The red/white is a nice theme. I also like the Ritchey wheels, tires, stem, seatpost, saddle, bars(?). There's something to be said about dressing your Ritchey frame with Ritchey parts. Do they still make mtn pedals?

They do but they suck and should be avoided at all cost. Even the nicest brands screw things up sometimes.

looks good (pedals excluded and I know they are temp)
I avoid CF bars and seat posts on cross bikes
until they design cx specific I do not think standard are designed for the 'different' loads the sport puts on the bars and post.

people say 'MTBs use CF bars all the time" MTBs have suspension and thus vertical loads on the bars is greatly diminshed

    still not figgering on biggering

There's that and there's the fact that you're a big dude.

I don't run CF posts either, but I don't have as much of a problem with carbon bars.

...but if you go off-road, ya gotta pay to play so expect to fix/replace anything you stick on an off-road bicycle. :nod

Too True and hits home with me right now, by the time you rebuild a shock, fork (with new uppers), get new bearings, replace a bolt or two you will want to spend more time on your Rigid SS and Cross Bike. That is what i have been doing.
