Santa Cruz Stigmata Fork Rake?
I am taking delivery of a new Stigmata and I'm confused about which fork with the appropriate rake I should get. The Edge shown on their website is listed as being 47 deg. Is that right? Carbon forks on the market seem to range from 40 to 47 deg with 45 being the most common. What's on your Stigmata and how does it work?

That's a great looking bike. Looks like you have the Easton fork, which is what I am getting. Checking the Easton web site I found that their forks actually have a 45 deg rake. A number of sites incorrectly list them as 43. It looks like you have a long cage derailleur and a large cluster; 11-32? What kind of rear derailleur are you using?

I am 6'1.5'' thats a 56cm frame.
Ultegra 6500 rear derailer
Ultegra 6500 12-25 cassette. With a 42 front 1x9 . I am going to go with a 12-27 or 11-26 or 11-28 .I do a lot of training on this bike and will need some hill and go go go power in her.
This fork shudders like a mug! I have tried 3 sets of pads, all toed like crazy. I guess I will live with it. Or switch to Aluminum if I come accross a fork. Ill sell you this one for 250 : ) its like new one year old.

Run mini-v brakes and shuddering will be a thing of the past.

I might have to do that!

Just a clarification; it's not "degrees" in that rake measurement - it's millimeters. It's a linear measurement of how far forward the axle center is offset from where it would be if the fork were in a straight line with the steerer.
