    nice vid. that dude may be slow, but he sure is smooth. I'd trade some of my lung power for those skilz.

    That was a fun section. In 'cross terms, when I say fun, I mean painful of course. I surely wasn't that smooth through the 6 pack. I'll bet we'll see the 6 pack reappear at least 2 more times this season.

    DISCLAIMER: That was my 4th time through the 6-pack (out of five total) over the course of a 50 minute race. I did finish slightly lower than mid pack in the Masters B's. I had a bad cold and was wheezing most of the race plus blowing chunks of snot each time I got on the pavement (smooth enough to take the time to use hands to do the farmer blow).
