Synchronize your watches and start the countdown

to when this is first used in endurance sports.

...never mind it probably already has been. Nothing like an uncontrolled Phase 0.01 trial to show who is truly driven to win.

Andy Marks started Armgo, a heart failure company targeting the Ryanodine receptor channel years ago. The drug in the link, S107, was published as far back as 2008 (Remodeling of ryanodine receptor complex causes) showing increased exercise capacity in mice. and it was derived from a 1,4-benzothiazepine (JTV519) that also showed increased muscle performance as far back as 2005 (Enhancing calstabin binding to ryanodine receptors improves cardiac and skeletal muscle function in heart failure).

needless to say, while it's only in Phase II trials now for heart failure... it's effects have most likely long been determined in cycling...

Its was a spammer- orbital banhammer was deployed. No survivors.
Dr. Cox: Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard-coated bastards with bastard fillings. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bubble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
