    AR for all purpose bike

A little about myself.... I enjoy agessive group rides, as well as long scenic rides of up to 100 miles. Would the AR suit both needs or is it strictly for race type rides? I'll have a chance to test ride one, but the milage will be limited.

The AR is suited to anyone who measures performances with speed and time. If your only metric is the distance, the aerodynamic improvement provides less tangible benefit in the form of marginally reduced effort which in theory could be an advantage for an event like RAAM.
