Basso Pista - Year of origin?

Just bought this sweet Basso Track bike for the Velodrome.
Green / Purple split paint job, Columbus Cromor tubing. Panto fluted seat stays.
Miche Primato gruppo. Light stiff and fast on the track. Can't seem to find any intel on this.
Can you guys help me to ID what year this is?

    Take a look.....

I don't know, but I had to post what a fine looking bike you have.

On my Basso Gap the first two digits of the serial number on the bottom bracket are the year of manufacturer.
