Lauterwasser with dia compe shot lever?

Unique bar and unique lever or just too weird?

    Any thoughts appreciated

    Have a look here:

    S O M A f e e d: Lauterwasser Handlebars Launched

Most of these style of handlebars accept 22.2 diameter brake levers, so the Dia Comp Shot lever is not your only choice....

Friends don't let friends use a shot lever.

    Consider bar end levers instead.
If you only ride in nice weather you're missing a lot of fun.

    Got it, thanks

I was thinking of mounting the levers at the grips not at the stem, you could reach them from multiple hand positions.

Maybe too much thinking and not enough doing
    on my part

Why are they called 'shot' levers?

Maybe 'cause they're like mini's? Like the way a shot is a mini dose of booze

Personally, I'm fond of older style levers paired with older style bars. However, I also like these Tektro levers. Polished and svelte. No gimmickry. Logos polish off cleanly with a bit of steel wool.
