Greg LeMond - Denver Spoke Sponsorship?
Just picked up one of Greg LeMond's racing frames. Was wondering when he was sponsored by Denver Spoke? - lots of references to it on the web, but no definitive date or picture. I do know that he raced on these frames during the 1989 Tour de Trump. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know that he ever was. It could be that Denver Spoke sold that frame and put their decals on there.
LeMond, in the latter years of his career, post-comeback, only ever rode steel in the Spring Classics and they would have been painted in the colors of his Gan team. By the time he started affixing his bike brand decal to his racing bikes (in 1989 when racing with ADR) he was generally riding carbon TVT frames initially and then titanium frames built by Merlin (with Tom Kellogg designing them). He later moved to Calfee carbon frames in 1991 and stayed with them for the remainder of his riding days.
