So I was just looking for Kask Vertigo Tri and when I saw the price,I decided to do something with my Bell Volt helmet.
I was thinking something like Kask did,but I don't know how to block the holes.
Not too much, just block front few biggest holes and rest leave normal.
Will the regular tape work?
Like on picture, holes that I would block are colored in red+ the side holes, the lower one.

I've used clear packing tape on my Limar F104, I've even shown it on video in here. It was btw raining cats and corgis that day.
They do anything just to win a salami in ridiculous races. I take my gear out of the car and put my bike together. Tourists and locals are watching from sidewalk cafes. Non-racers. The emptiness of those lives shocks me. It was the illest of times, it was the dopest of times. And we looked damn good. Actually the autobus broke down somewhere on the Mortirolo.
I want to put on helmet something that I can remove quick. And also I want a few holes to be free.
Thinking about tape, but will it hold under high speeds on descents?

How about a cheap plastic hard hat. Cut it in half, and the back half will be close to the right shape. Attach with velcro and/or straps.
Alternatively get the helmet cover already suggested and put holes back into it where you want it. Reinforce the holes with fishnet material. But I am thinking working on flexibility and lowering your position just one cm would accomplish as much or more.
Perhaps a more constructive suggestion. How about a 2 liter coke bottle. Cut top and bottom off to get the middle. Slit it, and you can probably cut and shape it to fit the rounded profile of your helmet any way you want. Attach with velcro or any other method you can manage. Including say medical tape that can be quickly ripped off.
What is amusing me in this whole discussion is this... it's the shape of the helmet that matters. Blocking off some holes is just going to make your head hotter. If you want aero, buy a tt helmet. They make them for a reason.

Wrong. Air passing through the holes cause much if not the majority of the drag. To educate yourself, you might research topics like cooling drag for aircraft engines, drag brakes, etc...

Hm,interesting suggestion,I will try to cut some bottles and see how will it hold.
With this I want to make my helmet a bit more aero and also to help me when I'm driving in the cold mornings.I have the cap,but for me it is easier to drive without it.
And I have read in some italian magazin, that wrapping up whole helmet can help in cold weather.
