Hybrid/Fitness bike with factory drop bars

Is there any hybrid/fitness bike built that accepts 28-32 wheels that also comes standard with drop bars?

I have a Giant Rapid with the flat bars which I'm hating more & more. I just like drop bars so much better, but I still want the ability to put on 28mm wheels since the bike would only be used for stone dust/gravel trails. I already have a road bike for paved roads.

your best bet may be to look at a cyclocross or touring bike. Drop bars, more relaxed geometry, and room for big tires (35-40mm). Also a little lower gearing for off road riding.

Most bikes labeled as 'Hybrids' will have flat bars.

Even the Surly Pacer can fit 32C tires. Good luck on the search.
