Klein Q-Carbon Pro complete $1200 CDN

I have an opportunity to buy a Q-Carbon Pro complete from the 2001 season for $1200 CDN. Great condition! Is this a good buy?

I just passed up a Klein (the before trek version) aluminum frame with carbon fork and bars and full DA for $1k. It was very nice, very fast, but not for me. YMMV.

Why did you pass it up?

i sold my 2001 Quantum Race 1 year ago - the Al frame was very harsh on long rides. my Cdale is much smoother, but not as fast.

What did you end up selling it for? If you don't mind me asking? I'm new to the sport of road riding and don't find myself riding more than an hour or an hour and a half at the moment, plus I live in the mountains so most of my rides include long ascents and quick descents. I think this bike would work well. I just want to find out if it's worth $1200, keep in mind it's 5 to 6 years old.
