Kudos for Park Tool Co.
Shorty after I got it, my wife knocked over my PRS-20 workstand (the legs were folded) and broke one of the ears off the bottom bracket support (it's plastic). I could glue it, but I'd rather have an intact one, especially since the stand is so new.
So I wrote an email to Park to ask if they were shipping repair parts for that stand yet, since my usual sources for such things don't have parts for it.
Their reply, which came in about 20 minutes, was that they needed my address to send a replacement. Free.
Now I'm not going to kid you and say I wasn't hoping that would happen, but I didn't really expect it--it's a fairly critical part of the stand, and they could easily have asked me to pay for it. I typically buy Park tools, because I prefer to cry once over the price than cry every time I use a substandard tool (I'm sure there are other good tool brands, but I know Park tools are always good), but this is the first time I've dealt with their customer service people.
Top marks for Park!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Park. With tools, you get what you pay for!

How does one contact TOP PEAK and not a distributor?
I have their prep stand pro - and unscrewing the clamp doesn't work anymore. I
have to manually pull the jaws apart.

Call Todson at (800) 213-4561. They are the distributor and will answer questions about all Topeak products and will usually send replacement parts. On two different occasions they have sent me parts for free.
