    My Amigo's Ride ....

Comes with Dura Ace components and Ultegra brakes and CF fork. He likes his aluminum frame. I want to buy it but he's undecided about selling.

How often do you plan on doing triathlons? If only once in a while for fun, save your money for something less specific.

the reason there's so much rise in the stem is prolly cause it's got 650c wheels. his saddle-to-arm-rest drop is a respectable 2-3 inches.

and yes, the spinergy's will asplode when the sun hits 'em - that's why it's still in his living room.

Yep. Checked the pair I had some years ago and had cracks eminating from rivets on the front wheel. Adios Spinergy wheels. They let me do a trade-in deal for cheap and I got a pair of newer non-CF Spinergy wheels and promptly sold them.
