    SMP Strike Evolution Vs Carbon?

    HAs anyone ridden the SMP Strike Carbon? i ride the evolution and it is really comfortable, but, i could get a full carbon for agreat deal.

    if any one has ridden one, please, let me know your opinion.

    do you mean SelleSMP Strike Composit? If so, Steve Hogg of www.cyclingnews.com rides it and reckons it is one of the best saddles on the market for most people, if I understood him correctly. Evolution is same but with a bit of padding. He said we sold many and hardly had any returns. So it must work (if correctly positioned).

    I am talking about the SMP Strike full carbon. this weekend i saw someone riding the SMP composite, which has no padding at all but it is covered in leather. after talking to the guy and feeling the saddle, i have decided to stay with my Strike Evolution.

    i am convinced that the Carbon with no padding will be umcomfortable, at least for me. the guy i spoke with told me that it took him almost 3 weeks to get use to it and that he would not ride more than 50 miles or so on the saddle. he has that saddle for race duty only.
