    Seems like an offshoot of ATVers and dirt bikers riding in large groups, darting in and out of traffic and flouting traffic laws. Popular, and a problem, in the innercities.

    I wouldn't be surprised if Peter Sagan organized a Gran Fondo just to do this.

    ... with all the wonders that both the natural and modern world can offer, stupid can still prevail (I bet there is an e-cig in all their pockets just waiting to ignite).
