Hi, I've got some new LG shoes with thermomouldable toe boxes and heel cups and I'm wondering what the recipe is. I've read snippets here and there but can't find anything definitive and there are no clues in the shoe box. (It also took a while to figure out how LG ratchets release. My feet were turning purple at the time.)
So far I gather that putting them in the oven to warm to 150F then wearing them with socks on till they cool down is the deal. But do the footbed inserts go in as well?? Do the shoes need to warm up inside the oven or go in for a set time once it reaches 150F? Etc etc. I want to ask before I set fire to my shoes and smoke out the house with toxic fumes.
