False Come-ons from Colorado Cyclist and Excel Sports

For two weeks that I know of, Colorado Cyclist and Excel Sports have advertised Rudy Project Kerosene and Rydon sunglasses that are unavailable when you click on the links.

I don't frequent the Partner Stores very often, so I don't know if this is a regular event or an exception to the rule. Nevertheless it chaps my butt to see a good deal and then find out it's nothing but a come-on.

I could understand it if the items in question had just sold out, but these two pairs of sunglasses have been unavailable for 2 weeks that I know of.

    Clean up your websites!

There are many dead links in the Partner stores.
Cyclists really need to learn a little Rule #5.

I have an extra pair of Rydon with red lenses if you're interested. I only wore them for about 5 minutes before deciding I like the Jekyll better. PM me if you're interested.

***Edit*** On second look, my Jekyll pair has red lenses and my Rydon pair has black/grey lenses. I'm not partial to either as they are just holding me over until my Nike Skylons come in the mail in about a week.

I avoid these 2 stores because their prices on all items are very high. I clicked their links before they were dead too. NOT a hot deal.

you have to know what you're looking for and buying w/ those 2. I did find my giro prolight shoes for less than anywhere else (around 265) except pbk, and they didn't have my size anyway.
