    Workstands?

I'm upgrading to a nicer workstand for home use ... any suggestions or deals out there? Performance has a double-point wknd again, so i was going to get one of the Park PCS-10. Good choice? Bad choice?

Let me put a vote in for Feedback Sports Pro Elite workstand. It has an adjustable force clamp so you can use on carbon seatposts and the best feature (IMHO) is that you can adjust the height of the stand up and down which is awesome for a tall guy like me. No more stooping down to work on parts. It also folds up small and fits into a travel bag.

Not sure if Performance carries this brand or not, but thougt I would toss it out there. I got a discount on it through my bike club and paid only $160.

    Good luck

Yes. That is one of my options ... i have 2 friends with that one and it gets good reviews. My only peeve with it is the twist knob on the clamp. I thought the lever clamp of the park stands was easier to work with.

/\ this. Unless you plan to put in some serious wrench time the PCS 9 is perfect for any weekend warrior. While it is collapsable, to a certain degree, it's not a great option for someone who travels a lot.

    I bought this

Spin Doctor Pro G3 Work Stand - Workstands

plus this (fits perfectly on the spin doctor, same diameter tube as the Feedback)

Feedback Sports Tool Tray - Workstands

Great deal for sub $200. My neighbor has a feedback workstand and tray. When I purchased the Spin Doctor G3 stand I asked to borrow the feedback tray to see if it would fit. It fit like it was made for it!

We compared both stands side by side and with the exception of the better clamp on the feedback the rest of the stand looked identical.

    UPDATE:
another thing I did with the feedback tray was to drill small holes on the outer facing sides to install peg board hooks like these (http://www.amazon.com/Crawford-1843B...4780842&sr=1-4) It gives me extra places to hang crescent wrenches, grease tubes and my whole set of screw driver and allen wrenches.

Thanks for the update, thats exactly what I was looking for some weeks ago!
