-11f here. But now they always give a "but it feels like..." with it. So supposedly it "feels like" -23f. We have bunny tracks in our yard and we live in town..

We are in town, but about a half mile from some open space. Neighbors have seen the fox in the neighborhood for the last few weeks.

Now if my neighbor would just leave his yappy little drop kick target practice dogs out a little longer.....

It's -10 here and all I have is a lot of yellow snow from the dogs. It doesn't even taste lilke a lemon slushee.

It's up to one degree above now. I think I should get my bathing suit on and lay out and catch some rays.

13F here and practically all the schools are closed. No snow on the roads except for a few remaining patches from before xmas. But we don't typically see this kind of weather and most people aren't prepared. I think they're primarily worried about kids waiting at the bus stop.

When I pulled into the parking lot at work about 8:15am my car said it was -17F. NOAA is now saying the temperature at the airport is -10F. The high today is forecast to be 7F, 27F tomorrow and 36F on Saturday. We just had about 6-8" of snow so Saturday will really be a mess around here.

It supposed to be in the 50's on Sunday. Maybe it will melt the ice rink in front of my house.
I expected the Rocky Mountains to be a little rockier than this.

I was thinking the same thing. That John Denver's full of $hit, man.

We've had ice in front of the house since Thanksgiving. It would be nice to get rid of it. My daughter will be bummed when her sledding hill melts.

Winter Park got 9 inches last night. Hopefully some of that will be left this weekend.

Sunny, and a toasty if slightly breezy 24 or so on my way to work this morning.

Hardly any ice on the side of the road either- thought about switching out the Nokians last night, then decided it would probably cause another snowstorm if I did

-25 this morning! Snow and ice on the streets for the last month. Yuck, I'm itching to get out and ride, but it looks like it will be awhile.

My 14 year old wears a t-shirt (or at most a hoodie) with no coat pretty much year round here. I guess it isn't cool to wear a coat in CO.

My nephews are the same way. Idjut kids.

My daughter on the other hand must have multiple jackets, vests and matching gloves in order to be stylin' for the 2nd grade... ( We won't let her wear her ski jacket or take her ski gloves to school because she would forget them on Friday and it would ruin the weekend plans for skiing)

Yesterday and today public schools called classes.

On my way home from work, 2 kids trying to j-walk across a slick as snot snow encrusted main road, with cars fish-tailing to get to the grocery store...with 30mph winds and white-out, and actual air temps just above 0F...and said two kids were wearing jeans and hoodies. Man they were hip.
