Any gamer geeks? ebay garage gold!

    As in, tabletop stuff?

Cleaning out boxes from my fathers' garage, I found a bunch of stuff I used to play in middle school high school and before. I was a big gamer geek at that point.

Several versions of Axis and Allies board games, Star Fleet battles tabletop wargaming, the works, Magic: The Gathering cards, what have you.

All of the miniatures and cards could be quite a bit of gold on eBay if I want to spend the time figuring out what they are. I don't even remember how to play these games!

I sold my entire warhammer 40k (half-assed) army on ebay this spring, just in one fell swoop.

didn't get as much back as I spent (I reckon), but more money than I had...

I think I still have my 6 Magic cards somewhere at home. Those need to go away.

yeah, I mean, these are fully depreciated as far as I am concerned. Anything I get out of them is more than I had, at first I was going to give 'em away and then I thought, hmm, someone might pay for this!

some of those magic cards sell for quite a bit if they are early edition (alpha, beta, unlimited) top cards. I sold a couple cards last year and got about $800 for an unlimited black lotus and mox. used it to buy camera and bike stuff.
