They rated Superdawg below some place in the United terminal at O'hare. Ouch.

On a bright note, three of the places in the top 5 are within a ten minute bike ride of my house.

    I agree with Poochie's being rated so highly. I <3 Poochie's.

Superdawg isn't a real Chicago Hot Dog place. I can see why they faulted it, but rating it below Wolfy's? Come on!

Got to admit that Chicago style are delicious. Tried ine for the first time at Tiger's stadium when we first movewd here several years back. What I relly miss, though, is a good old dirty water dog - Sabrett w/ Sabrett onions and sauerkraut. We head back east next weeek and I'm fixing to score.

This is the place to get them near Wilmington DE. Guess they ain't Chicago style, though.

I love the dogs they serve at Wrigley Field. Several of the best dogs I ever had....

How about some love for the 7-11 roller dog? Those crusty ones look particularly tasty.

BTW, s2h, DO NOT go read Bikeboy's hot dog thread. He ate his with ketchup and fancy salad. I think he even put it in a pumpernickel bun or some sh** like that.

Hah. I was DREAMING of a decent bun. They were some Arnold wonderbread sh*t.

And I didn't use ketchup, though I do have to cop to allowing it to happen in my house.

Have you seen the breakfast abominations that 7-11 puts on the wheel of pain in the morning? It's enough to put you off food entirely. Everybody knows the 7-11 dog, complete with paper coffin, is only for after you're bombed and have closed down every bar in the neighborhood.
