    E.D. & ****** info

This may not be the place to post this but I belong to no other forum.

I'm having problems keeping it up and with a low sex drive. I haven't seen my doctor yet. It's been the past 3 weeks.

Does the doctor prescribe ****** or Cialis or does he send you to a specialist who runs a boatload of tests finalizing prescribing ****** anyway?

I want to get my Testosterone tested in case that's low. It all of a sudden happen. I've never before had a problem.

How long does ****** take to work?

    Are you rock hard?

Does it prevent you from cuming?

Do you stay hard after cuming? For how long?

Do you recover faster? How long?

Is there another forum I should be posting this?

    Lawrence, my friend:

Sounds like what you may need is a complete physical and workup. Find a good family practice physician, nurse practitioner and have all your labwork done, ekg (12 lead), chest xray, and all the other tests
appropriate for your age group and chief complaint. Then once everything is done, follow the advice, take your meds, change your lifestyle etc.

I can only state from my own experience, that the sex drive I once possessed has diminished with the years.

First, I am not a doctor. 'So take what I say as being lay anecdotes rather than informed opinion. Given the sudden onset of your issues, I think that you may have issues other than low testerone or ED. They usully develop gradually over time rather than suddenly unless there is some underlying trauma or illness involved.

Second, you did not say how old you are or the general state of your health. Based on my own experience, if you are over 40 and have any medical issue such as high cholesterol, all you have to do is ask and your primary care physician will give you a prescription. In fact some docs have samples of all three ED drugs (******, Levitra and Cialis) that they will give you to try. People react very differently to each of the drugs. I never have tried ******. Levitra is like rocket fuel in my system -- within 20 or 30 minutes things are as if I were 20 or 21 years old again. But, I also have had significant side effects with Levitra, including blue vision, which is quite scary. Cialis does not have the same dramatic effect, but it works. More importantly, I have had no side effects from it.

The ED drugs are not miracle workers. They basically increase blood flow. To use a bike tire analogy, they will get you from 60 or 70 psi to 100 or 110 psi. If you have a completely flat tire with a hole in it, you probably need some other kind of help.
I try to be perfectly civil, until someone really pisses me off.

I'm fairly new here and don't know if this thread is appropriate for this forum so I wrote of my experiences in a PM.

It is funny to me that V***** gets starred out but the others don't. How about if I spell it ******aaaaaaaaaahhh. That name is more appropriate anyway!!

Yes, as other have said, get a complete physical which should include blood work. It could be age, other med side effect's, psych,,, Doc will be able to answer this. As for the drug. It reacts differently to others, but in my experience: Just ask Doc, he/she will give you a sample and possibly a script. They work, about 20-50 min after taking, a blue/purple shift in vision is a possibility, they will not really delay ejac, recovery can be quick, and I would not use while drinking heavy.

I suspect a good Doctor would refer you to a urologist.

I've been told that cycling (improper saddle position, long miles) can cause male issues. So maybe mention that you ride to your Doctor.

I have a friend who went to Medical School. She liked to tease me by telling me gross stories of stuff she saw / learned.

One was about a guy who doubled his ED meds. Please do not be tempted to do this. It will not make you harder. But you may well wind up in the ER with an erection lasting more than 4 hours.

How do they treat perma boner? By giving a shot, then draining it of blood.

I have no idea how to respond to the OP, mainly because I still perform exercises with a wet beach towel, and also because it's kind of personal.

I do know a co-worker that started taking the blue pills, supposedly now his erections are so powerful a cat couldn't scratch it.

My friend really did have fun trying to gross me out / shock me with stories from Med School.

When you think about it, the weird stuff they learn makes sense. I mean, if someone told me they had a bad stomach ache, I would not think to ask 'have you eaten any non-food items lately, like a lightbulb, or plastic milk carton?' (Wtf?)

But I guess an erection lasting more than 4 hours actually can do permanent damage.

And Doctors really can do a lot to help ED.

    Or lower quadrant abdominal pain.

Man comes into the E.R.; The nurse and I are triaging him. He looks extremely embarrassed and requests a male doc. Fast forward two hours: X-Rays shows he has a lob ball* up his posterior inferior orifice .

I guess I'm not real surprised that people wind up in the ED getting sex toys removed.

I mean, didn't we all hear the urban legends growing up? This girl or that guy had to go to the ER to get a cucumber / hot dog / gerbil removed?

But stuff like this surprises me. Not so much that a Doctor could kill. But that a Doctor would blatantly order their staff to kill and the staff would go along too.

Plus. She's pretty weird looking. Just ups the creepy factor.

The doc looks like a cross dresser !

From the article, it sounds like the doc was practicing euthanasia in the ICU without the patient's permission.

ED might mean death is coming, so maybe you should worry about that before worrying if your sex life will be better.

The new Australian study tracked 95,000 men who were enrolled in the 40 and Up Study for up to three years. The men answered all kinds of questions about their health and habits. By the end of the study period, over 7,800 of the men had been admitted to the hospital for some sort of heart-related problem, and just over 2,300 had died.

The men with ED had a greater risk of all kinds of heart problems, like heart failure, stroke, peripheral vascular disease, ischemic heart disease, and “other” cardiovascular disease. This was true whether the men had previous heart problems or not. For example, men with severe ED had over a 60% greater chance of having any kind of cardiovascular disease if they’d had heart problems in the past; even if they had a clean heart record, these men still had a 35% increased risk of developing a heart problem if they had severe ED.

And men with ED of any severity – mild, moderate, or severe – also had a greater risk of dying from any cause, whether they’d had heart trouble in the past or not.

Interestingly, men with even mild ED had a greater risk of certain kinds of heart problems, and of early death, than men without. Taken together, these results all suggest that there’s a consistent link between ED and heart disease, even when all other variables (smoking, weight, physical activity, alcohol consumption, and the like) are held constant.

any organ that didn't get fresh blood in a long time is at risk.

it sounds horrid but I would take it over the consequence of NOT having it drained
