    Formula 1 and Done

So Formula 1 came and went. With the role at the shop got a chance to be in the paddock with a team which was pure awesome. Sadly, when your in the garage they want no pics. Technology was ridiculous as was level of hospitality. Been to some swanky VIP bike racing stuff with celebs and the like but the F1 teams have it dialed.

    Pic 1

Fernando Alonso rolled by shop for a visit as did Button, and riding with Webber tomorrow

No pics in the paddock is expected. Teams have been very critical of exposing their developments. IIRC McLaren was hot on someone's ass for biting one of their diffuser designs.

Pic 4 is not only self-explanatory--it put a smile on my face. Love the '60s-look dresses....

So was the race fast and loud? I've wanted to see an F1 event for about a hunnert years--got to get myself organized and get to one....

Nice pics! I was really impressed with COTA on television (unable to go this year). The race was really entertaining and it's nice to see a Tilke track lend itself to so much passing. Hopefully next year will be even better as the asphalt will have more time to come into its own, especially with all the other races they have scheduled this year.

Sounds like you had an awesome time

Pretty quiet, came in with a physio and a couple of other guys. Vettel ended up showing up today after our ride with Webber. Made some new friends which is good, the drivers seemed to really like the shop, we have some cool stuff working with a manufacturer/constructor for next year.

Great pictures,I have gone to ten races in montreal and a few times to the bridgestone tire day. I got to talk to one of Jensons mechanics, it is great fun to get in the paddock.

Very cool that you got to meet 4 drivers!
