    I got the all clear

I got the all clear for full intensity exercise today. I didn't tell him I played hockey games Saturday and Sunday, but I knew before deciding to play the games that he would clear me during this visit since I was feeling so good. On my last few rides it has been hard to hold back because I have felt almost completely back to normal. He did say to try not to get in any big collisions on the ice, but that's good advice for anyone and he wasn't too worried about the hockey.

He didn't really even examine me apart from looking at my surgery wounds. He had to pull out some of the dissolvable stitches because my body wasn't dissolving them. It was kind of freaky.

Fwiw, when I think "full intensity exercise" it involves seeing my vision narrow and nearly passing out from anaerobic hypoxia. Maybe you should kind of ease into a bit, just to be safe.
