I had Kashi GoLean Crunch for breakfast.

And you know what that means this afternoon.

My co-irkers are immensely grateful that I have a private office. They probably do not realize this. Nevertheless, they are still immensely grateful.

Discuss. Or, debate whether seat bags are cool or uncool. I don't care.

If you drizzle enough honey over the Kashi, it will act as a glue, sticking your farts to the inside of your guts. People around you should be safe then.

Might want to check the sell-by date on that box. You were a good hour overdue.

I eat it each morning with some yogurt. I must have gotten used to the fiber as I am not explosive anymore.

There's something about Kashi that I don't like. I've tried a bunch of their cereals, and a combination of the taste and texture just doesn't do it for me. It all seems very light and puffed, and isn't really filling. It's also very bland.

I make my own meusli and granola that I eat for breakfast.

I like knowing I'm not paying $10/lb for my morning f*rt fuel.

Does anyone else have trouble eating Kashi GoLean? I find the cereal hard as hell to chew. It honestly takes me twice as long to eat a full bowl as any other cereal ever.

Clearly, you are all intestinally unfit for the awesomeness that is Kashi.

When I eat Wheaties, it is a fart fest of epic proportions.

I have not noticed excess gas associated with eating Kashi. Although, I was gassy earlier this week and that may have been the day I ate it for breakfast.

I rotate my cereals for variety.

Today, I had four Trader Joe's blueberry waffles with maple syrup. HTH.

I had to stop getting that stuff. It made me explosive. I now eat Kirkland's Ancient Grains--not near as bad in that respect.

Ever try the pumpkin flax granola? Picked some up because it was on sale. I still have 1 box of Cheerios and 2 bags of Kirkland raisin bran ahead of it. Curious on the taste, not that I wouldn't finish as cheap as I am.
