I haven't been on in a while but wanted to say hi. There is still less of me.

Thanks in some part to the encouragement I got from this website, about 14 months ago I started to excercise and began to ride a bike as part of a quest to improve my life and spend a few extra years with the grandkids. I am still not anywhere near thin, but in the last 11 months I have made good progress. Here are two pics of me at the shooting range taken exactly 11 months apart. I still lurk here, but not as much, and I still remember reading lots of good advice here when I first began cycling. I said it before and will say it again, thanks guys and gals.

    1) Nice. You look much better and I bet you feel better too.

1a) How did you do it?

    2) Looks like you are shaving also, good choice.

    3) What are you firing and how do you like it?

Good work and enjoy the cycling. Seeing a plate rack in the background do you ever shoot competitively? I shot for SVI back in the 90s, turned a hobby into work. Still in the industry but I hardly ever shoot.
