Since he (who shall not be mentioned) is not listed as the 'winner' is not there, your choice of words are not correct.
Sorry, but he is not the winner.

Not only that, but the syringes don't even look full.

I asked if Lance wasn't the designated winner, ("...he was robbed of his seven wins..."), who was?

Customarily when a rider finishes first but has his title or win nullified the second place or next in line takes his or her's place. For instance, Landis won the Tour in 2006 but was stripped of his title for failing a drug test. The second place rider Oscar Pereiro was then declared the winner.

In most peoples' opinions, that issue is an important point in the discussion regardless of what side they come down on regarding Armstrong.

So who was/were the winner for each and or all of those seven years:

    1999
    2000
    2001
    2002
    2003
    2004
    2005

Then might as well ban almost EVERY winner. Really who won clean?
being a nice guy is NOT a requirement for wining races. being the best rider, team and in the heyday, doper to win.

Lance WON 7 times and beat a doped up Peloton 7 times!

    PERIOD!

He really should. 'Cuz no one loves Lance like Lance.

// btw, how funny is it that there are still a few dead-ender Lance fans out there? Newsflash guys... it's over. The world has moved on. Pee-Wee Herman has as many Tour de France wins as Lance now, and that ain't gonna change.

    Floyd Landis!!

Lance was a total dick in so many ways when he didn't have to be and that was completely shitty and I hate that. He did though know how to get it done and play the game better than anyone else 7 times. He was smart as ****, driven, passionate, direct, and intentional...****ing excellent execution...when I have to be around such dumbassery at work.

Historically I look at that time as an era of doping and experimentation. Racing in all formats always involves drives to get the most advantage over the others be it ethical/legal or not. People will always dig deep for the advantage, that's just the game and how it rolls. Lance did it better than anyone else period. It's brutal, ugly, ****ing completely ruthless... Yet functional.

I'd give him his titles just because that level of effort was epic, not that it is ideal, but the era wasn't clean anyways. He'll just need to be known for being the total self centered **** head that he was (not sure he still is).

Peeps will hate me for that but that's the way I see it lol.

It was nice that he came up for the kzoo group ride, that was a pretty shitty thing that happened. Maybe he is less of a dick now lol.

At the same time its like a green light saying it's ok to dope (you can get away with it), which I can't agree with. Thus makes me revert.

What bothers me the most is mechanical cheating, the hidden motor. At least in the case of the "era" they were just optimizing themselves. Motor cheating...that's not even close, that makes me wanna smash things.
