    Lucifer beer

Anyone had this? I was gonna get Delerium Tremens, but they wanted $18 for 4 of em so I went with this one instead ($12 for 4)...not too bad. A bit like Duvel.

No kidding. I was at a beach type bar on Davis Island in Tampa last week and after the waiter went through the list of drafts, I asked him if they had any Florida brewed beer. He told me they had Yuengling in bottles (???). I was confused and then ordered a Guinness.

Lucifer is great stuff but it give me a hangover like no other. One glass and I have a headache the next day. It's also very high % alc, yet very easy to drink = trouble.

There is a place here that tries to keep it on tap when it's available. Apparently the brewery has been going through financial trouble the last few years. Anyway, I tend to drink it when they have it.

we found a case of billy beer and a bottle of elvis wine while cleaning out the garage this weekend.
I have seen the moment of my greatness flicker,
And I have seen the eternal Footman hold my coat, and snicker,
And in short, I was afraid.

Brewed in Utah (at least he Poly Porter that I had was). Tasty but only 3.2%...you pee an ocean and go half broke before you get a buzz on that suds.
