Ahh the good ol’ days when pickups were used for carrying stuff around and not for proving manhood or some kind of reserve military transportation force

My Subie Got Rear-Ended the Other Day...

Thing is, I would be very interested in a new version of the Luv or the Subaru Brat. Small, open short bed...

I bought an 83 Toyota truck new. I loved that truck. The trucks just keep getting bigger to the point they are no longer functional. I loved throwing a full 5 gallon bucket over the side of the truck in the back. The new full size trucks have ladders in the tailgates so you can climb up into the bed. They need an electric hoist now to get something into the bed. Totally worthless IMO.

How about an updated El Camino/Ranchero style truck? No mullet required with the updated version.
