We just don’t realize the most significant moments of our lives when they’re happening
Back then I thought “well there'll be other days”
I didn’t realize that was the only day

Don't see much 'daring' about it.

They took a '60s protest vibe and turned into a corporate ad to sell sugar water.

Kind of the exact opposite of daring, if you think about it. Meh.

Somebody please explain why the commercial was controversial, and who is Kendal Jenner and why is she part of it?

Apparently there's an extended version where Kendall Jenner hurls a Molotov cocktail into the cop's face.

What's unintentionally humorous about the Pepsi ad is that it tries to be quasi-political, yet gets people on BOTH sides of the aisle to hate the commercial.

Righties see it as some sort of 'social justice warrior/damn hippies' thing, and get turned off.

Lefties see it as the slick, corporate co-opting of legitimate protest that it most definitely IS, and get turned off.

What does Pepsi's ad agency do for an encore, swallow a live hand grenade?

I like it. One thing though. There should have been some signs saying "I'm Protesting" in the parade scenes.
