PT in the morning is a military way of life... Why not for XBox games?

Or Playstation or Wii? What if the companies integrated 15 minutes of PT into the start-up of the video game before it allowed play?

    I know, it won't work.

Sorry dude. Playstation and wii are trying to make money, not healthy kids.

The parents should be making the kid to PT, not the game companies...

I don't know. I played the wii fit sword fighting game at my relative's house while I was waiting for someone to drive me to the airport this summer. After an hour I had to change into different clothes because I was sweating so hard. I kicked some #ss on that game.

I agree, with this. I have the 3 consoles, and playing kinect adventures or track and field in kinect sports can make you sweaty.. not as a bike ride, or outside running... but definitely better than just seated in a chair pushing buttons...

Dir-t did you play box in Wii sports?

But .... a long NNC session and jerkin' the gherkin to some old-school pr0n... not necessarily in that order. Much cheaper than H&B. JustTooBig

Not since my wife beat the heck out of me and all of her coworkers at boxing during their xmas party 2 years ago.

I can probably still take her at tennis.

Never had to monitor either of my kids growing up on any of these systems. Both active as kids and teenagers today.
