    Saw "Baby Driver"

I usually don't go for the whole "Fast & Furious" genre, but I thought "Baby Driver", was a good escape movie. Good cast, lots of car chase action, and a great sound track. I added the title song to my in-car play list, and now I can't get it out of my head. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeqUUNHwAl8

Have heard very good things. Will definitely see it.

System: Fake news?? Trump's a Fake President, for God's sake.

Plat: I'd rather fellate a syphilitic goat than own a Cervelo.

EJD: Modern-day conservatism isn't conservatism, it's reaction rooted in deep pessimism that isn't in keeping with the American character.

Seam: Saw Bjork poop onstage back in the day. It blew my teenage mind.

Saw it. The first two-thirds of it or so is amazing. Well done, Edgar Wright, I'm a little bit in awe of you now.

Does kind of fall apart a bit in the third act/get pretty silly and over-the-top... but that's most action films these days, sadly. Seemingly no one knows how to close one out, unless their last name is Speilberg, Cameron, or Whedon.

A very solid three stars out of four. Wright is allegedly already considering a sequel, and it's one of the few action films that probably does deserve one.

Saw this yesterday (along with War for the Planet of the Apes, gotta love drive-in double features). Good movie, and I agree, the last bit of it was over the top.
