Scoop - Michael Jackson suffers cardiac arrest

Back to your regularly scheduled program.
I expected the Rocky Mountains to be a little rockier than this.

I was thinking the same thing. That John Denver's full of $hit, man.

Wasn't breathing when the paramedics arrived. Performed CPR. Doesn't sound promising.

I wish someone had told him not to look in a mirror!

EDIT: That was bad. I hope he's o.k.

CPR on Michael Jackson - EMT's don't get enough praise.
You'd be better off with a netbook, they do everything better.

.....but I miss KOA. Used to listen to it every morning and then again at night. Loved grumpy ol Gus Mircos in the AM and George Webers "After Midnight" late. I heard Weber was murdered by somebody he met on Craigslist about a month ago in NY City. Sometimes I can pick it up a signal at night here in Santa Fe if the conditions are just right.

Wow, CBS just broke into Peoples Court - he's dead. Seems very unreal to me. Not a huge fan, but I kinda felt sorry for the guy. Definitely had some issues.

LA Times is saying he's dead--CNN still saying he's in a coma.

Sad for me because "Thriller" became a part of the fabric of my life when it was released. It was friggin' everywhere and you couldn't escape it. Didn't matter if you liked it or not. Personally, I wasn't a fan. But that albums release coincided with my freshman year of college - a time in my life that I still look back on with great affection.

I can't say I ever liked MJ, but he did have talent. Too bad he was such a tortured soul. Let's hope he can find peace now.

Am I the only one who is saddened by this news?

Seems like a lot of distasteful/disrespectful words are being bantered about. The guy died.
